I've just had a look at Ivan III of Russia, and theres not enough vandalism at present to merit protection, there genereally needs to be around 10 vandalisms a day (well for me anyway!) to merit protection, the thing is, Wikipedia is the "free encyclopedia that anyone can edit," that said, I'll keep my eye on it for you.
