Prince Janusz Ostrogski (Lithuanian: Jonušas Ostrogiškis) (1554-1620) was a Polish-Lithuanian noble.

He was voivode of Volhynian Voivodship since 1558, castellan of Kraków since 1593 and starost włodzimierski, białocerkiewny, czerkaski, kaniowski, bohusławski, perejasławski.
