Coordinates: Janga-reddi-gudem (JRG) is a town in West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is one of the economic centres of the district, and it is a major panchayath in the upland area. The famous Hanuman temple known as Maddi Anjaneya-swami temple where lord Hanuman resides in a 'Maddi' tree is 6 km away from Jangareddigudem.

Jangareddigudem is located at .[1] It is situated at an average elevation of 74 meters (246 ft).

Locally famous temple of Ganganamma, a powerful goddess is located in the middle of this town.
Gokula Tirumala Parijatha-giri :- Venkat-eshwara Temple was restructured recently and is a very beautiful temple to visit and worship. It is believed that it is the only other place in Andhra Pradesh where there is a collection of seven mountains (Edu Kondalu) similar to Tirumala - Tirupati.

It is well connected from Eluru (HQ of West Godavari District), Rajahmundry and Khammam through APSRTC. Jangareddigudem is surrounded by rivers on three sides with hills on the other. JRGudem has quite a few well reputed Educational Institutes like,
