Jan Werner (born 25 July 1946) was a Polish athlete who competed mainly in the 400 metres.
He competed for Poland at the 1976 Summer Olympics held in Montreal, Canada in the 4 x 400 metre relay, where he won the silver medal with his team mates Ryszard Podlas, Zbigniew Jaremski and Jerzy Pietrzyk.
