[edit] M-1 Carbine Revert War

The M1 carbine article is currently on lock down. An administrator has requested some discussion from memeber of the Firearms Wikiproject. Can you take a look? Sf46 (talk) 19:13, 6 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Children's rights

The section you removed from the children's rights article was not a misquote. From the cited webpage:

"What are the most common claims made about the Convention by its opposition? A: Conservative religious organizations including the Christian Coalition, Concerned Women for America, Eagle Forum, Family Research Council, Focus on the Family, the John Birch Society, the National Center for Home Education, and the Rutherford Institute have spearheaded the efforts in opposition to the Convention."

No, this is the part that i'm talking about.

"According to Amnesty International, several conservative religious organizations oppose children's rights in the United States today"

But that's not at all what Amnesty International actually states:

"Conservative religious organizations including the Christian Coalition, Concerned Women for America, Eagle Forum, Family Research Council, Focus on the Family, the John Birch Society, the National Center for Home Education, and the Rutherford Institute have spearheaded the efforts in opposition to the Convention." (The Convention on the Rights of the Child) -James xeno (talk) 00:49, 28 March 2008 (UTC)

I re-inserted the quote, this time noting that it was specific to the CRC. • Freechild'sup? 02:39, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
