My edits come from the Minshawi.com reference. They talk of the bridge as two-storied and two-level, but deeper reading shows they mean this as ground plus 1 tier of bridge. Some sources say the planned bridge will be 9 levels, others say 5 levels. News reports said today they have already started tearing down the bridge to build the replacement. The BBC website has pictures of the 2005 bridge (with the walls) the 2003 bridge (with pillars) and of people on the lower level stoning the 2003-style pillar.
