James To Kun Sun (Traditional Chinese: 涂謹申, born 11 March 1963) is member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong since 1991 except between 1997 and 1998. To was also a member of the Yau Tsim Mong District Council until 2007. Before entering politics, he worked as a trainee at Hong Kong Telecom after his graduation from the University of Hong Kong. He was Hong Kong's youngest legislator when first elected.[1]
In January 2008, To separated from his wife Cherry Yuen Choi-lin over her alleged affair with a taxi driver surnamed Lee.[1]
