I hate to break it to you, but there are probably thousands of Jalisco Restaurants in fine communities all over the United States. See Google results here. Fredsmith2 (talk) 08:19, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Largest city criteria

What is the criteria to determine what a "largest city" is? Is it population? Area? This is a Mexican government website with information about Mascota, Jalisco. [1] I believe Guadalajara or even Zapopan (or the entire metropolitan area of Guadalajara) should be put instead. --189.192.108.84 (talk) 04:15, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Demographic information and Mestizos

I noticed that the past couple of edits to this page had both added and deleted what was, in my opinion, valuable information, so I consolidated all of it in the best way that I could. This involved adding a new section to the article, but I think it's worthwhile. I am, however, very open to discussion about it.  :) Incidentally, regardless of whether my edits are kept, the article is in pretty serious need of sourcing. If anyone has good sources for the information, it'd be great if you could insert them. -- edi (talk) 21:56, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
