Jagiellonia Białystok, pron. IPA[jagʲɛˈlɔɲa bʲaˈwɨstɔk], is a Polish football club.

Founded in 1920, it is based in Białystok, Poland. Currently plays at MOSiR Stadium in Białystok. The club was most successful in the eighties.

  • 2.Liga Champions 1986/87 (promoted to 1.Liga)
  • Finish 8th in 1.Liga: 1987/88 and 1988/89
  • Polish Cup final round in 1989 (Jagiellonia - Legia 2 : 5)
  • 2.Liga (1990/91 - third in the league) Lost play-off promotion on penalties to Zaglebie Sosnowiec
  • 2.Liga Runners-up 1991/92 (promoted to 1.Liga)
  • Polish Cup Semi-Final in 2004
  • The club came very close again to promotion to the Ekstraklasa in the 2005-2006 season but lost in the playoffs to Arka Gdynia (final score 2-0 in the first leg, and 2-1 in the second)
  • The club placed 2nd in the 2.Liga in 2006-2007 and were promoted to the Ekstraklasa, after forced relegations of Arka Gdynia and Gornik Leczna due to corruption.
