Jack Cosgrove is head football coach at the University of Maine. He has compiled an 80-90 record since 1993.
Bailey is an alumnus of Maine and a former quarterback on the Black Bear's football team. Prior to receiving the head coach postion, Bailey served as an assistant at Maine and Boston College, as well as a high school coach.
