The Isthmian League Cup 2007-08 is the 34th staging of the Isthmian League's football league cup competition, the Isthmian League Cup, a competition that has been running since 1974-75. This year's competition began on September 11th 2007, with four of the lowest-ranked entrants competing in the First Round. For the Isthmian League's Premier Division clubs, the tournament began in the Second Round in October.
Ties are all single-legged and take place at the stadium of the club drawn first. If scores are level at the end of a match, extra-time and penalties (if necessary) are used to determine a winner. All matches at every stage of the competition are scheduled by the league to be played on midweek evenings, usually Tuesdays, so as not to clash with already scheduled Saturday league matches. The venue for the final of the 2007-08 Isthmian League Cup has not yet been announced, although in the past it has been at a neutral stadium.
The holders of the cup from the previous season are Ashford Town (Mx), who beat Dover Athletic 4-1 in the 2007 final at Hayes Lane, Bromley. Ashford Town (Mx) have progressed to the third round in this season's competition.

The results listed below start at the first round, where just four clubs from the lower reaches of the Isthmian League play each other for a place in the second round. The 62 other clubs were given byes into the second round.

Both ties took place on September 11th 2007. Ties are shown in alphabetical order. A total of 134 people were in attendance for the two first round matches, entering two of the lower ranked sides into the draw for the second round.

The two clubs to have made it through through Round One are in the draw with every other Isthmian League club, minus the two knocked out in Round One, making 64 teams.
Ties were due to take place in October 2007, so far all but three have been played.
