The Isthmian League Cup 2006-07 was the 33rd staging of the Isthmian League's football league cup competition, the Isthmian League Cup, or 'Westview League Cup', a competition that has been running since 1974-75. This year's competition began on August 22, 2006, with the lowest-ranked of the 66 entrants competing in the First Round. For the Isthmian League's Premier Division clubs, the tournament began in the Second Round in September.
Ties are all single-legged and take place at the stadium of the club drawn first. If scores are level at the end of a match, extra-time and penalties (if necessary) are used to determine a winner. All matches at every stage of the competition are scheduled by the league to be played on Tuesday evenings, so as not to clash with already scheduled Saturday league matches. The final of the 2006/07 Isthmian League Cup was held at Hayes Lane, which is the home of Bromley FC.
The holders of the cup from the previous season were Fisher Athletic, after they beat Billericay Town 4-0 in the 2006 final, in the same season they won promotion to Conference South. Ashford Town (Mx) emerged as the eventual winners of the 2006-07 competition.
