[edit] General audience

I made significant changes (before/after) to this article for it to become readable. Any comments, such as criticism, compliments, or suggestions, may be added here. A.Z. 08:04, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

I'm in favor of making the intro accessible to a general audience, but also feel the math should remain in the body of the article. I've added a new section for it. I also fixed some awkward wording like "the thing submitted to this process". StuRat 14:42, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
