Ismayl Sillakh (b February 9, 1985) is an Ukrainan amateur boxer who has medaled in important international tournaments. His father was born in Sierra Leone.

At the U17 world championships 2001 he won gold against Artur Beterbiyev and Elchin Alizade.
At the World Amateur Boxing Championships 2005 in Mianyang he won Silver at middleweight.
2006 he went up a division and again won silver at the Euros where he lost to Artur Beterbiyev 23:34.
At the World Amateur Boxing Championships 2007 in Chicago he was bested in a slugfest by local hero Christopher Downs 25:27.
