Isehara (Japanese: 伊勢原市; -shi) is a city located in Kanagawa, Japan.

As of 2008, Isehara has an estimated population of 100,620 and a density of 1,812 persons per km². The total area is 55.52 km².

Isehara gained city status on March 1, 1971.
