Sankey the composer: When you say he composed about 1200 songs, are you referring to the hymn collection "Sankey's Sacred Songs and Solos", which contains 1200 items? Less than 20% of these are Sankey's own. He was a collecter and arranger as well as a composer, so perhaps the wording should be changed (unless you have information that he did actually compose 1200)?
