Hi William!

[edit] Where did it come from?

Is it really true no-one knows where the IPCC got this data? (I mean the red line) It seems bizarre that they should publish it without knowing where it came from! I guess under those circumstances it's unsurprising they removed it. --Dilaudid 00:24, 21 December 2006 (UTC)

Red line is Lamb's temperature reconstruction for Central England only (not Northern Hemisphere like Mann and Moberg reconstruction), it's based mostly on documentary data since no multi-proxy reconstruction were available at that time and the last data is 1970 not the '90 as shown in the graph. http://www.realclimate.org/index.php/archives/2007/05/the-weirdest-millennium/

[edit] Anomaly baseline?

In the IPCC90 graph the baseline should be 1900, but for MBH and Moberg I think it should be 1900-1980 (or possibly even 1950-1980). Are you sure that these are correctly accounted for?

[edit] Colours in the Graph

Am I missing something or can I just not see a legend or anything that tells me what colour relates to which graph?
