[edit] Batman & Superman: The Animated Series
These series are NOT mentioned in the press release. They are also animated. The word at sitcoms online is i has acquired 12 series at this time. 10 are mentioned in the press release. They are going to air from 6PM-11PM. None are animated series. Both Batman & Superman air currently on Boomerang (TV channel). --172.146.187.6 22:55, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Picking Up worthy shows
It has recently been announced that Everwood is going to be canceled over on the WB. I have been an avid fan of the show since the start 4 years ago. It is a family oriented show that has managed to be original while at the same time not compromising its morality. Please consider picking up this show before it is gone forever. I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the loyal fan following that the show will bring along with it. - We're not the i network, and I don't think they would pick it up anyway. --WCQuidditch ☎ ✎ 10:55, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Incorrect Info
Bonanza and Gunsmoke are not Sony owned shows. They belong to Paramount and air on TV Land. I am removing this from the paragraph on Sony. Jude86 17:32, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Article name
I believe that moving this page to I (Independent Television) (TV network) was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. Should we move this page to I (Independent Television) or back to I (TV network)? One thing's for sure, we CANNOT, under ANY circumstances, leave this page where it is. I'm sorry, but this is NOT a suitable title for an article. -- M (speak/spoken) 14:51, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
- I moved it back, per the earlier discussion at American Broadcasting Company (which was moved last week to something like ABC (American TV Network). I (Independent Television) (TV network) is an unlikely search term, so I agree the page move was uncalled for, although if there are other suggestions, we should be open to them.--Firsfron of Ronchester 15:06, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Not clear enough...
The "Family" programing thing is over with right? 2 weeks ago this netowrk showed a blaxploitation double header consisting of Superfly and Shaft. Yes they were edited for broadcast, but they still ain't family freindly. And that Mytv stuff is filled with sex. Not that i mind, i love sex and violence, but the article wasn't very clear about the fate of the "family" thing. This is great though, i hate that family freindly bull ---- and i wanted this so-called"network" to fail and it has. ---- you paxton! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.205.186.164 (talk • contribs)
Ok; for starters that is largely off topic; however I think it might be worth noting that i has deviated from "Family Programming". Especially with the airing of "Charlies Angels" They didn't call it T&A-TV for nothing (Tits and ---). I also detest the word blaxploitation; It is beyond illiterate. They are also showing Bodog's MMA fights twice a week.

I just created the List of programs broadcast by ION Television. Can you guys please help me with it? Thanks!Nickelodeonfan2007 02:36, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Name Change
If ION is being sued because it copied off another company's name, then I've got a suggestion. The network name should change to Channel America. Two reasons;
1) Channel America was a model for this network (ION/i/Pax), and 2) The network originally called Channel America has since changed its name to America One. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.62.209.152 (talk • contribs)

An anonnymus IP has recently change the primetime schedule table. As this IP was recently accused of vandalism, it may be possible that this information is incorrect. Is the schedule right? I have no access to ION so I can't check it by myself. Bolt 20:00, 26 May 2007 (UTC)

I just saw this on the program list under the "Future" section. I don't remember that show being part of the deal, but if so, that's a big development. (Or is it junk of the "Coming soon to ABC Family: Blossom" variety? WAVY 10 22:30, 27 June 2007 (UTC)

The following excerpt contains poor grammar and I question its neutrality.
"The network's wholesome family-friendly format was lampooned by other television series such as The Simpsons, Will & Grace, and MADtv. These show in turn were about dysfunctional families, homosexuals and comedians trying to emulate the more aclaimed Saturday Night Live airing on NBC" 05:01, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
