I was born in Thessaloniki, Greece and studied Political Sciences in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. I am interested in World History, Geography, Economics and Sports with Wikipedia serving as an additional outlet for this interests. I believe in civic liberties, in the rule of law, i oppose chauvinism, nationalism, ignorance and the money driven capitalists that trigger them.

I focus in the history of Greek lands and especially in the medieval and modern eras with a specific interest in the history of Pontic Greek culture and people, to whom i am related by ancestry. Additionally i am interested in Macroeconomics and particularly to the use of monetary & fiscal policies as means of stabilizing an economy. Sports are both an interest and a hobby for me. My favorite sports are football, basketball and martial arts as well. I support Iraklis Thessaloniki and used to practise in amateur boxing. My purpose in Wikipedia is to make sure that science on my above respective fields of interests is not misrepresented, maligned, falsified or ill construed by those who have little background in such a specialization. For this purpose, I contribute information pertinent to such viewpoints in a manner that conforms to Wikipedia policy. I try to follow the NPOV policies, and I look forward to any fresh input on my edits or ideas if there is controversy associated with them.
