[edit] W. Max Corden
Hi. I noticed that in the lead of this article you state that Corden is most known for...., and to reference this you provide a list of his works.
To infer that his work is what he is best known for is original research. What you need to provide, is a citation where someone else ackowledges Corden as being an economist in whatever field he tends to work.
Thanks for providing this start to an article for an Australian economist, in the midst of all the sportspeople it is a glaring need for less glamorous personalities to be covered as well.Garrie 02:51, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Johns Hopkins
Hi, I noticed that you added Tori Amos to the category of people who have attended Johns Hopkins University. Do you have a source for this? I did some searches and I can't find any mention that she went there, nor is it mentioned in the article. I hope you don't mind, but I have reverted your change until we can find a source. Thanks! --Mus Musculus (talk) 14:43, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
Hi. I agree that Brad Rutter belongs in "Johns Hopkins University people", but I don't think he is properly categorized as an alumnus. He attended there for a few years, but did not graduate. Anyhow, thanks for all your hard work, compiling the JHU people. Josephgrossberg 18:04, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] DC Meetup notice
Greetings. There is going to be a Washington DC Wikipedia meetup on next Saturday, July 21st at 5pm in DC. Since you are listed in Category:Wikipedians_in_Maryland, I thought I'd invite you to come. I'm sorry about the short notice for the meeting. Hopefully we'll do somewhat better in that regard next time. If you can't come but want to make sure that you are informed of future meetings be sure to list yourself under "but let me know about future events", and if you don't want to get any future direct notices \(like this one\), you can list yourself under "I'm not interested in attending any others either" on the DC meetup page.--Gmaxwell 00:27, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:SAIS BCjournal.GIF
Thanks for uploading Image:SAIS BCjournal.GIF. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 21:07, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
