Internet Broadcasting (formerly Internet Broadcasting Systems), or IBS, is a provider of television station web sites. IBS hosts over 70 local stations' sites, and co-produced NBCOlympics.com for the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece and the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy. The company is headquartered in Saint Paul, Minnesota with offices in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

Established in 1996, Internet Broadcasting is the leading local publisher and online ad network. The company enables publishers and advertisers to reach local in-market consumers through its national network of more than 450 local media Web sites reaching more than 40 million monthly visitors. The Company creates Web products and distributes them as part of strategic partnerships with Hearst-Argyle Television, Post-Newsweek Stations, McGraw-Hill Broadcasting, NBC, Telemundo, Cox Television, and Meredith Broadcasting among others.
