The articles you have shown me clearly show excellent coverage of the program, and so I have restored the article and moved it to your userspace- you can find it here- so that you can add those references to the article. Also, external links outside of a references or external links section are very much discouraged, as they make the article look very spammy, which is why I deleted it in the first place, on top of the notability concerns.
