Inashiki, Ibaraki

Inashiki (稲敷市 Inashiki-shi?) is a city located in Ibaraki, Japan.
As of February 1, 2005 population data, the city has an estimated population of 50,142 and a density of 282 persons per km². The total area is 178.12 km².
The city was founded on March 22, 2005 with the merger of the towns of Azuma, Edosaki, and Shintone and village of Sakuragawa, all from Inashiki District. Its sister city is Salmon Arm, British Columbia, Canada.
