Hey, saw that u were having problems with multiple instances of the same reference. For this to work, u must name the first instance of the ref like <ref name = "Name Of The Ref">[The Web Link And Any Description]Any Optional Description Goes Here</ref>. Next time you want to use it, just place <ref name = "The Same Name"/>
