Ibrahim Sekagya (born 19 December 1980 in Kampala) is an Ugandan football defender. He currently plays for Red Bull Salzburg of the Austrian Bundesliga.
Sekagya started his career with Kampala City Council FC in 1998, and in 2001 he moved to Argentina to try and make a career in football. His first Argentine club was Atlético Rafaela in the 2nd Division. In 2002 he moved to Ferro Carril Oeste in the 3rd division, he helped the team to win the league and secure promotion to the 2nd division.
In 2005 Sekagya was signed by Arsenal de Sarandí in the Primera Division.
In 2007 he signed for the current champion of the Austrian Bundesliga, Red Bull Salzburg.
Sekagya also plays for Uganda's national team.
