Ian MacNeil (born April 27, 1977 in Halifax, Nova Scotia) is a professional ice hockey player. He played two NHL games with the Philadelphia Flyers during the 2002–03 season.
After many years in AHL, MacNeil played shortly in Germany, which was followed by short stint with AHL-team Toronto Marlies, MacNeil found a new home in Europe again. Currently MacNeil is a member of Finnish second highest league Mestis team Vaasan Sport.
