Hyatt Regency Hong Kong (Chinese: 香港尖沙咀凱悅酒店, also known as Hanoi Road Redevelopment and K11) is a 64-floor 261 meter (856 foot) tall skyscraper completed in 2007 located in Hong Kong, China.

On 29 Nov 2007, New World Development and Hyatt International jointly announced that the hotel will be known as Hyatt Regency Hong Kong and will open its doors in 2009. [1]

The 384-room Hyatt Regency Hong Kong will be located from Level 3 to 24 of the complex which include a five-storey shopping arcade with an array of boutiques and stores.

The former Hyatt Regency Hong Kong on Nathan Road closed the final chapter on January 1, 2006 after 36 years of service. It was opened in November 1, 1969 in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong's commercial and entertainment district.

The new complex offers direct access to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station located in the basement of the building.

A total of 7,040 square feet will be dedicated to meeting space, including a 4,111 square feet ballroom and eight meeting rooms of different sizes. All meeting facilities will be equipped with the latest audio-visual technology and wireless Internet connectivity.
