[edit] Propylene glycol mention
Shouldn't this article go on to mention the use of Propylene glycol? It is frequenly used in the maintainence of 70% humidity in humidors and nearly always used in tupperdors (plastic humidors).
[edit] Instructions on seasoning
I don't know about any of you guys, but doesn't the last paragraph seem a bit unencyclopedic? Wikipedia isn't supposed to be an instruction manual, but I want to see if anyone agrees before I make any changes. Treima 00:55, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
I agree. I removed the paragraph about how to season a humidor and added an external link to the same information 72.225.219.80 21:08, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Triva
I removed the trivia section per WP:TRIV. I dont' feel either of these are relvant enough to be intergrated into the article, but here is the section in case anyone disagrees:
[edit] Trivia
- A humidor is also used by the Colorado Rockies baseball team to prepare baseballs before games, the intention being to nullify the effect of the high altitude of the Coors Field ballpark in the team's hometown of Denver, which makes pitching much harder.
- A humidor is available to purchase from the exotics catalog in the video game Scarface: The World is Yours

[edit] Notable brands
I'm not sure the notable brands section belongs here. What is the source that says these particular brands are the most notable? Arthurrh 21:51, 11 September 2007 (UTC)
