The Town and Village of Horseheads are distinct entities, each entitled, according to Wikipedia policy, to having individual articles. The merge box was removed because it is not a matter of opinion of any individual to merge both articles. If someone really wants to merge a "Horsehead" article, then look at the Horsehead CDP article. Stepp-Wulf 02:30, 1 October 2006 (UTC).
