This is a list of articles I would like to edit or create. If you are interested in any of these topics, please go ahead and edit or create the articles. This list is mostly a reminder for myself.

[edit] Editing Needed

  • Hong Kong returnee - This was the first article I created here. It needs expansion.
  • Overseas Chinese - This article needs some general clean-up. Some of the sections need to be expanded. A few pictures would be nice also. I think importantly, there's a table showing the size of the Overseas Chinese populations around the world, and most of those numbers are unsourced.
  • Vietnamese people in Hong Kong - Somebody has translated the article from the Chinese version. But the article as of now is mainly information on the circumstances of their migration, and there's no information on the characteristics or demographics of the Vietnamese people in Hong Kong themselves.

[edit] To Create

  • Asian Excellence Awards - [1]
  • Cage home - A residence in HK that's so small that it's literally just a bed.[2]
  • Chinese American history - It's rather ambitious to want to create this article. People have written books on the topic. But the topic is deserving of an article nonetheless.
  • Chinese tributary system - Paying tribute to China was basically the only way for a neighboring or foreign country to maintain a friendly working relationship with it historically.
  • Classical Gardens of Suzhou - Currently redirects to Suzhou, but really deserves its own article.
  • Gexingqiao - Neolithic site discovered in Guangxi in 2003. [3]
  • Hong Kong Environmental Protection Association - HKEPA - [4].
  • Fu Xing, Lu Xing, Shou Xing - The three individual gods of Fu Lu Shou.
  • Gajasimha - A gajasimha is a mythical creature with an elephant head and a lion's body in Indian/Buddhist culture. There doesn't seem to be a lot of English sources for this topic though.
  • Global Alliance for Preserving the History of WW II in Asia - Organisation for preserving the truth of what happened in Asia during WW2[5].
  • Jamia Mosque (Hong Kong) - Historic mosque in Mid-Levels that runs along side the outdoor esculator. Now in danger of redevelopment.[6]
  • Liu Hai - A Daoist immortal with a three-legged toad for a pet.[7]
  • Project Civil Referendum - A project led by Cyd Ho to hold an unofficial referendum on electing HK's chief executive. [8]
