Honey Creek Township covers an area of 47.97 square miles and contains one incorporated settlement, Flat Rock. According to the USGS, it contains ten cemeteries: Beckwith, Cecedar, Good Hope, Jones, Nuttle, Port Jackson, Rich, Sears, Swearingen and Tohill.
