Holgate is a semi-rural suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia, located northeast of Gosford. It is part of the City of Gosford local government area.
It contains a primary school, a number of wineries, Katandra Nature Reserve and the Matcham Valley Pony Club.
