Electoral district of Terrigal

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Terrigal is an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of New South Wales, created at the 2004 redistribution of electoral districts, largely replacing the former district of Gosford. The new Gosford largely replaces the old district of Peats. It was contested for the first time in the 2007 general election and was won by former Gosford MLA Chris Hartcher of the Liberal Party of Australia.

The 2004 redistribution of electoral districts estimated that the electoral district would have 49,326 electors on 29 April 2007.[1]
