If anyone can find out the other winners/runner's up, that would be cool. I'll try and research them myself as I have time.
However, I'm a little concerned that the list could get very long if it remains in the current format, any suggestions of making it look more managable? One idea that comes to my mind is only having notable winners in the main list (how notable is notable?) with a general item for teams that have only won it once or twice. - Have now completed the list (up to 2006 result) with listing notable teams as those who have appeared five or more times in total, which seems to work well enough. MartinRe 14:39, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
