[edit] Welcome!

Hi, Hockeykevin, and Welcome to Wikipedia!

Welcome to Wikipedia!   I hope you enjoy the encyclopedia and want to stay. Before getting too in-depth, you may want to read about the simplified ruleset. Of the many ways to get help on Wikipedia, I personally recommend our wiki-boot camp, where you can chat online with fellow Wikipedians willing to help!

Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have, on my talk page - I'm happy to help.

Here are some more resources to help you as you explore and contribute to the world's largest encyclopedia...

[edit] Additional tips...

  • Please sign your messages on talk pages with four tildes(~~~~). This will automatically insert your "signature" (your username and a date stamp). The Image:Wikisigbutton.png button, on the tool bar above Wikipedia's text editing window, also does this.
  • If you would like to play around with your new Wiki skills the Sandbox is for you.
  • If you'd like to tell us about yourself and meet other new users, be sure to introduce yourself at our new user log.

Good luck, and have fun. -- Orangemarlin 22:15, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Brian Kilrea

Thanks for your additions to the Los Angeles Kings page. Please note, however, that Brian Kilrea was inducted as a builder for his work with the Ottawa 67's, not for his time with the Kings. He should be listed on the Ottawa 67s page, not on the Kings page, which is why your edit has been reverted (again). Please see the Los Angeles Kings Talk Page for the discussion that took place awhile back on this issue. Gmatsuda 16:26, 29 June 2007 (UTC)
