Firstly good work. I always enjoy reading a new article, especially one that someone has improved to a good quality. Here are just a few thoughts as you requested on my talk page:
- After its completion it will be the largest academic publication covering Lithuania’s history ever released and will include the latest research findings. This needs a reference/source after the sentance to support the statement.
- Do we need to know every editor on the editorial board? Perhaps just write more than twenty scholars are working on the project with wikilinks to the two scholars who have a wikipedia entry. This is just my opinion - you should ask other editors though.
- Please expand and reference this: The Lithuanian Institute of History is acting in cooperation with Lithuanian universities, including Vilnius University, increasing scholarly involvement in the project. - perhaps you could tell us how they are working together? Are they meeting for lectures, having seminars etc? Can you tell us what impact this might have on the future books?
- Please reference the following: An in-depth analysis was made of the evolution of the Baltic tribes in the region, since these Lithuanians were the only Balts to create their own state. Also is Balts the correct way to describe them or is it an abbrievation? If so perhaps this would be better - since these Lithuanians were the only people in the Baltic region to create their own state. ?
- Finally and I think this important for an academic work - could you add a reception/criticism/what other academians think of this? Surely one or both of the books released may have been reviewed by newspapers and academic journals? Perhaps there is a media source or scholar that disagrees with a statement in the books? I think this is important to get the article to GA and beyond.
