Hinggan league (Mongolian:
Kingɣan ayimaɣ; Chinese: 兴安盟; Pinyin: Xīng'ān Méng) is an administrative division of Inner Mongolia. It borders Hulun Buir to the north, Mongolia and Xilin Gol to the west, Tongliao to the south and Jilin and Heilongjiang to the east. The name is derived from the Greater Khingan mountain range that crosses the league from the northwest to the southeast. The league's area is 59,806 km².

Hinggan league is divided into 2 county-level cities, 1 county and 3 banners:
- Ulan Hot City (乌兰浩特市 - Wūlánhàotè Shì), 772 km², approx. 280,000 inhabitants;
- Arxan City (阿尔山市 - Ā'ěrshān Shì), 7,409 km², approx. 50,000 inhabitants;
- Tuquan County (突泉县 - Tūquán Xiàn), administrative center: Tuquan (突泉镇), 4,800 km², approx. 300,000 inhabitants;
- Horqin Right Front Banner (科尔沁右翼前旗 - Kē'ěrqìn Yòuyì Qián Qí), administrative center: Daban Gou (大坝沟镇), 19,375 km², approx. 360,000 inhabitants;
- Horqin Right Middle Banner (科尔沁右翼中旗 - Kē'ěrqìn Yòuyì Zhōng Qí), administrative center: Bayan Huxu (白音呼硕镇), 15,613 km², approx. 240,000 inhabitants;
- Jalaid Banner (扎赉特旗 - Zālàitè Qí), administrative center: Yinder (音德尔镇), 11,837 km², approx. 390,000 inhabitants.
