Hilda Maria Häkkinen (18 February 1894 – 31 December 2005)[citation needed] was a Finnish supercentenarian. She was born in Töysä.[citation needed]
By the time of her death, Häkkinen was the oldest living Finn.[citation needed] She is also the second or third longest-lived Finn ever.[citation needed] Lempi Rothovius lived to 112, and Maria Andersson is rumoured to have been 117, when she died in the 1940s.[citation needed]
Häkkinen claimed she had been born on 18 March,[citation needed] but according to official papers, the correct birthday is 18 February.[citation needed] She spent her last years in the service house Elviira.[citation needed] The President Tarja Halonen was present in her 111th birthday.[citation needed]
Häkkinen's 100th and 109th birthdays were televised.[citation needed]
