Once again, I have been forced to remove Wikipedia information plagiarized from www.thekingshighway.ca! The author of this article *did not* ask for my permission before copying my work. In addition, the author *did not* source my research information appropriately. I do not consider a tiny little link to my website at the very bottom of the page to be an appropriate credit line for all of the research work that I have done.
