[edit] Name of daughter

In the book I am currently reading Boerhaave's daughter is called "Johanna Maria". In the article it is "Maria Joanna". I can understand the removal of the 'h' in three centuries and from Dutch to English, but I don't understand why the names are reversed. Does anyone know whether it's Jo(h)anna Maria or Maria Jo(h)anna? Stefan Kruithof 19:08, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
