Herbert H. Reynolds

Herbert H. Reynolds (1930-2007) was the President of Baylor University from June 1, 1981 through May 31, 1995. Under his leadership, Baylor University expanded significantly and added women's sports programs, joined the Big Twelve Conference[1] and changed the governing body of the university.[2]
Prior to his tenure at Baylor, he served in the United States Air Force and worked for NASA.
