Henryk Reyman

Henryk Tomasz Reyman (born July 28, 1897 in Kraków – died April 11, 1963 in Kraków) was a soccer forward player, sports official, and military officer. He fought in World War I (in the Austrian Army), then in the Polish Army in Polish-Soviet War, and also participated in the Silesian Uprisings.

In the years 1910-1933 Reyman played for Wisła Kraków, in 1927-1933 scoring 109 goals. Among his successes, there are:

Twice championship of Poland, with Wisła (1927, 1928),
Twice top-scorer of Polish Soccer League - in 1927 (37 goals) and 1928 (30 goals),
Twelve games in Polish National Team,
Captain of the National Team at 1924 Olympic Games in Paris,
One of streets in Kraków is named after him.
The rebuilt Wisła Kraków stadium (reserve arena of Euro 2012) is named for him.
