Altered the "A high HRV indicates a healthy heart, whereas a decreased HRV is associated with increased mortality"-part because this does not hold in full generality to my knowledge. Stressing the system by, say hypovolemia, can, at least initially, lead to an increase in some measures of HRV. HRV is also a function of system state as a whole, not of cardiac health alone. the section on Improvement Exercises feel weird. it has an informal style of writing and lacks substantiation.
