Hi there! Since you're new here I thought I'd explain what's behind my recent edits.

I added the {{globalize}} tag because right now this article acts as though these programs only exist in the United States. Surely there is some activity in this area around the world. Also, the section I've renamed "in the United States" reads right now a little more like PR text than an encyclopedia article. To this end avoid weasel phrases like "measurable guidelines" that don't actually provide any information.

So far as content, is the most important thing about this field really the book of professional guidelines? How about actually describing approaches to health promotion on campus. Are there different schools of thought? What has been proven successful?

Also, you may have noticed that I've cut down the number of external links by a lot. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a collection of external links, so it's always better for an article to add content rather than links (see WP:EL). The rule of thumb is to only include links that add significant value to the reader beyond what even the best encyclopedia could provide.
