Hassan Abad is a small city in Kurdistan province. It lies 65 km south-west of Zanjan city in Iran. The old name of this city is Yasookand or Sookand that means watter-land. Yasookand is famous for its grape and for its beautiful handcrafts, much as floors.
The people of this city believe that in past circulation a big earth-quake occurred and the city (who more biger and advanced from this) distroyed and vestigial of that city is under the hill near the new-fashioned city.
