Election flyer designed and used by the late Malcolm Hardee to publicise himself at the 1987 UK general election, freely distributed to the general public and accepted by the estate of the late Malcolm Hardee to be freely available for reproduction and in the public domain.

The copyright on this poster was held by the late Malcolm Hardee, who commissioned the design, creation, printing and distribution of it. Under English law, any copyright would pass, on Malcolm Hardee's death, to his heirs. The Estate of Malcolm Hardee has given it's direct and explicit permission and approval for the use of the image of this poster not only within the section of the Wikipedia article relating to Malcolm's two election attempts - but also to its use by any other person or publication for any other purpose. The source of the poster and this scaled-down, low-resolution image of the poster is the Estate of Malcolm Hardee. No copyright is claimed on it. The article was given Good Article status after the image was added.
