Haronga (Harungana madagascariensis) is a species of flowering plants in the family Clusiaceae and the sole of the genus Harungana. It is found in tropical Africa (including Madagascar) and Mauritius. The plant has red sap. It is used as a treatment for ringworm in Liberia.
