need to be careful taking out links that don't functionas it may be that they just need to be directed to the german wiki pages by using the :de prefix

[edit] Reason to link to German wiki

There's a reason why the pages are linked with wiki links: so that pages can interact with each other, and so people can acquire more knowledge. There's also a reason why people come to the English Wikipedia: to read the articles in English. In short: I think that it's strange to link to articles in the German Wikipedia on the English Wikipedia.

So is there a reason why nearly all wiki links in this article direct to the German articles, or could we just change them all to English? Ghent 16:05, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

The reason that so many of the links are to German wiki is that the article was originally in German and when I translated it I simply used the :de link. I doubt that many of the links have an english version - something for another day. Groomer 22:10, 30 May '07 (BST)
