Hamamelis × intermedia (hybrid witch hazel) is a plant in the witch hazel family, Hamamelidaceae.

Hamamelis × intermedia is a shrub with alternate, simple leaves, and zig-zagging stems. The flowers are yellow, orange, or red, borne in mid winter through early spring.
