[edit] Erased 11 shorts section and changed the article

I erased the 11 shorts section of the aritcle because Mr. Arriaga himself spoke about this article in an interview, claiming that the portion of the 11 shorts was a lie. I also updated the article with current information on him... I am from Germany and I do not have enough information in him as someone from Mexico would, so if anyone from Mexico has information, please let me know so I can expand the article.
